PRIVACY POLICY
This disclosure is made in deference to Art. 13 of Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), pursuant to Art. 13 of Leg. n. 196/2003 (Code for the Protection of Personal Data) to users accessing the website https://www.colaver.it and relates to all personal data processed in the following manner.

THE DATA CONTROLLER

DATA COLLECTED.
The personal data processed are data collected as (a) provided directly by the person concerned; (b) collected automatically.

a) Data provided directly by the data subject are all personal data entered by the user within the site for the use of the service or which are otherwise provided to the Data Controller in any manner.

(b) Automatically collected data are browsing data. The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected in order to be associated with identified data subjects, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties or by the data controller, allow users to be identified. In particular, the interested party has the right to obtain from Colaver srl the indication:

  1. Of the origin of personal data;
  2. Of the purpose and manner of processing;
  3. Of the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic/informatics tools;
  4. The identification details of the owner, managers and designated representative;
  5. Of the subjects and categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware of the data in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, managers or appointees.

In addition, the data subject has the right to obtain from Colaver Ltd:

  1. updating, rectification or supplementation of their data;
  2. The cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law;
  3. access to his or her data, that is, confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her is being processed;
  4. Limitation of processing;
  5. Data portability, i.e., the right to receive in a structured format personal data concerning him or her;
  6. Right to complain to the Supervisory Authority.
