Packing is generally included, except for material whose characteristics and destination require special arrangements, in which case it will be budgeted.<\/p>\n

DELIVERY<\/strong>
Goods travel at the risk of the principal. The delivery time limit is in working days and is never binding, late delivery does not entitle to compensation for damages. Shipments by courier are carriage Assigned with our contracted courier and with estimated cost unless otherwise indicated.<\/p>\n
PAYMENTS<\/strong>
The agreed payment, which can be found on the invoice, is to be understood as binding on the buyer, in case of non-compliance any interest on arrears will be charged in accordance with the law and charged together with any other expenses for debt collection.<\/p>\n
CONNECTION AND TESTING<\/strong>
Testing is carried out by our representatives at our warehouse before the material is released. Connection is the responsibility of the customer, and complaints regarding quality and quantity of goods must be sent within 10 days from the date of receipt. Returns of materials that do not conform to the order should be authorized in advance by our sales department.<\/p>\n
JURISDICTION<\/strong>
